The First Time Home Buyer Package is  a optional package designed for beginner home owners or anybody who wants to dive deeper into there new home. You will still receive our above industry standards inspection but we will slow the process down, let you get your hands dirty and educate you on how your home is a living, breathing, evolving investment. This package is an a 1-3 hour(depends on the size of the home) additional educational class on your new home and the biggest investment most people make in there lives. We will also include a starter tool set and tips and tricks to making your new home maintenance tasks easier and safer.
